This spacecraft was designed for transportation through wormtunnels or foldportals. It's uniquely designed to be able to "thread the needle", which was left up to the Qwodra before. It can carry as many as 10 cargo canisters into hyperspace through a portal (each sold for 200,000 cr) which can each carry 1,000 tons of cargo, giving the ship total cargo capacity of 15,000 tons but a cruising speed of only 1 km/s. The Miran doesn't have foldspace drive capabilities, weapons or any real sensors to speak of and it relies solely on public shipping lanes and tug boats. FIXED |
